Lost or damaged shipment

If your order qualified for free shipping, log in to your account and click the orders tab to find your order number with shipment details or search your inbox with your order number in the subject line.

Before contacting the carrier, make sure to gather all the necessary documentation to support your claim. This may include:

In your email, include your claim number provided by the carrier. This will allow us to assist you further and ensure a smooth resolution to the issue.

You have to file a claim with the carrier first. gaffrey art material will not do this part for you!

Step 5: Resolution

If the claim is approved, the carrier will communicate the next steps to you. Please note that the resolution is determined by the carrier's policies and procedures.

We totally understand. Filing a claim is a real pain. As a small business, we can't just eat the cost big stores like Amazon do. We can't skip the claim process and just pay you back. And even if you do file a claim, there's no guarantee you'll get any money from the shipping company. Just so you know, we have no control over how they handle things. They'll ask us for info to double-check your claim, but after that, it's all up to them. Sorry for any hassle this may cause. Thanks for being cool about it.
